Neuriva is a small team with an unusual mix: clinical dermatology, cosmetics manufacturing, intellectual property and pharmacy. That combination is why a question can move from the literature to a formulation to a product that can actually be made at scale.

Shareeq Khan

Founder and Chief Scientific Officer

Shareeq Khan founded Neuriva Life Sciences to work on health problems that India treats at the surface and rarely at the root. He holds an advanced qualification in dermatology, is a Member of the British Association of Dermatologists, and is a Harvard certified Management Mentor.

Before Neuriva he worked at Wipro, Dell and JP Morgan, and served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of TJS India, a cosmetics manufacturer. That combination of enterprise operations, clinical training and hands-on manufacturing shapes how Neuriva moves a problem from a research question to a formulation that can be made at scale.

He is the author of The Unspoken Laws of Aliveness: Life, Consciousness and a Radical Code for a World in Crisis, and writes on health, systems and the questions medicine tends not to ask.

Shreepal Jain

Executive Vice President, Manufacturing

Shreepal Jain leads manufacturing at Neuriva Life Sciences, covering production planning, plant selection and the transfer of a formulation from the bench to a commercial batch. He is a director of TJS Beauty Secrets, a cosmetics manufacturer, alongside Neuriva’s founder.

His work spans Neuriva’s own programmes and the company’s private label and third-party manufacturing services, where he coordinates production across the three partner plants Neuriva works with.

Anup Nathani

Patents and Intellectual Property

Anup Nathani leads intellectual property and international partnerships at Neuriva. A specialist in patent and trademark protection, he works with clients across the pharmaceutical sector and manages Neuriva’s filings, trademark portfolio and licensing discussions in India and overseas.

He represents Neuriva at international pharmaceutical forums and leads conversations on territory-level manufacturing and licensing partnerships.
