This policy covers neuriva.in only. Our brand websites, safeandsure.life and hempnation.in, publish their own policies.

What we collect

What you give us. When you contact us through an enquiry form or by email, we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, your organisation, and whatever you write in your message.

What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

What we ask you not to send us. Please do not send personal health information about yourself or anyone else through our enquiry forms. We are a research company, not a clinical service, and this website is not a secure channel for health data. If you have a medical concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Why we collect it

  • To answer your enquiry and continue the conversation
  • To assess and progress licensing, CSR, research and business partnership discussions
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations

The basis on which we process it

Where you contact us, we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to send us a message. Where we are required to keep records for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, we process on the legitimate uses permitted under the Act. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop processing and delete your data unless we are required to retain it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may behave differently.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to three years from our last exchange with you, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the period the law requires and no longer. Aggregated analytics data, which does not identify you, may be kept indefinitely.

Who else sees it

Your data is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions: our website host, our email provider and our analytics provider. They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not share your data with anyone else except where we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being processed
  • Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Ask us to erase your data where we no longer need it
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response

To exercise any of these, write to care@neuriva.in.

Grievance Officer

Any complaint about how we handle your personal data should be addressed to:

Shareeq Khan, Founder
Neuriva Life Sciences Private Limited
care@neuriva.in

We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within thirty days.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under eighteen, and we do not carry out behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach occurs that affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when it was last revised.
